Inspired by the calming frequencies of mantra chanting in the remote monasteries of Tibet, these Monk Mantra Incense Sticks are traditionally hand-rolled from rhododendron, Tibetan sage, camomile, red and white sandalwood, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove and other carefully harvested Himalayan herbs, oils, resins and spices. This all-natural incense blend promotes a peaceful and serene environment, and is recommended for yoga, meditation, relaxation and as an offering to the Buddhas.

Directions for Use

• Light the incense stick and place it horizontally on the bed of ash in an incense burner
• A small quantity of powder incense may also be sprinkled over the lit incense stick
• Always burn incense in moderate quantities to prevent overheating
• Never leave unattended
