Rabney Thurel Holy Rilbu

Originally prepared under the auspices of the eminent healing lama, H.E. Gangchen Rinpoche, Rabney Thurel Holy Rilbus are handmade from a variety of traditional ingredients and contain the highly blessed water from the grand Rabney Chenmo ritual.

During this extensive ceremony which lasts for days, the blessings of all the Buddhas are invoked through the high lamas' power of mantra, visualisation, offerings and rituals. Thus, Rabney Thurel Holy Rilbus are a highly charged and powerfully blessed substance containing the blessings of the entire merit field.

Available as a set of 3 rilbus (packed in a miniature envelope) and 10 rilbus (packed in a miniature glass bottle).

Directions for Use

• Place one rilbu in a bottle of water and consume daily for general protection, healing and blessings.


• Insert into Buddha statues and stupas for consecration and increased positive potential. It is said that if one has very good samaya with one's guru, the holy rilbus placed in a stupa will miraculously multiply.


• Dissolve in water and sprinkle inside and outside premises for general protection and blessings.


• Place in the mouth of a dying person or animal to help them pass on peacefully.


• Place in the mouth of a deceased person or animal to help them take a better rebirth.


• Store in a cool, dry place.
