Directions for Use
- Place one red and one white rilbu in a bottle of water and drink daily for internal healing and general well-being. The healing water can be consumed on its own, added to drinking water or other beverages, or used for cooking. Top up regularly with more water until the rilbus have completely dissolved. Store the bottle in the fridge to keep the contents fresh.
- Mix with creams and lotions for topical application
- Dissolve in bath water
- Insert into stupas or statues
- Store in a dry, cool place. Both rilbus must be used in combination.
