Vajrasattva is relied on heavily by all schools of Tibetan Buddhism, especially in relations to Ngondro or the preliminary practices to receiving advanced teachings on Tantra. He is highly effective for purifying negative karmic imprints created by the ten non-virtuous actions and transgressions of precepts, vows and commitments.
When our negative karma is purified, many of our wishes will arise spontaneously with much fewer obstacles, and we will experience harmony, peace and happiness within our minds. In essence, when coupled with sincere regret and positive determination (the Four Opponent Powers), Vajrasattva's practice can cut the root of the vicious cycle of getting and giving pain.
This statue can be personalised with a hand-painted face, using real gold dust. One can also offer traditional brocade clothing, pearls and semi-precious stones, as H.E. the 25th Tsem Rinpoche always encourages the practice of making offerings to the Three Jewels, which creates the causes for us to attain the six paramitas (perfections).
Get a complimentary set of Herbal Rilbus for every statue you invite.
