Dharma texts also help calm the environment and the people living there. Buddha himself stated that wherever there is a holy Dharma text, protective deities will be present to protect the scripture and its surroundings.
For this reason, Dharma texts are a necessary item on all Tibetan Buddhist altars, and are traditionally placed on the left side of the shrine for daily veneration.
Create the causes to achieve the enlightened speech of a Buddha by placing this traditional Tibetan loose-leaf scripture of Setrap’s fulfilment ritual (kangso) on your altar. It is also an auspicious addition to the shrine in your home or place of business to create a connection with Setrap, who is the wrathful emanation of Buddha Amitabha and one of the Dharma Protectors of Kechara.
Best kept in a traditional cloth wrap or brocade for protection and as a sign of deep respect.
