Mind Chakra Incense Sticks

Inspired by the importance of keeping the body's chakras in balance for physical, mental and emotional health, these Mind Chakra Incense Sticks are traditionally hand-rolled from red and white sandalwood, kusum flower, bdellium, holy basil, juniper, cedarwood, spikenard, agarwood, cloves, nutmeg and other carefully harvested Himalayan herbs, oils, resins and spices. This calming incense blend is a natural stress reliever and alleviates depression and mental tension. It is recommended for yoga, meditation, relaxation and as an offering to the Buddhas.

Directions for Use

• Light the incense stick and place it horizontally on the bed of ash in an incense burner
• A small quantity of powder incense may also be sprinkled over the lit incense stick
• Always burn incense in moderate quantities to prevent overheating
• Never leave unattended
