The precious rilbus of holy beings are highly sought after for their rarity and potency. Carrying the blessings of the lineage lamas, they contain the relics, hair, robes, and possessions of the Lama, or resources of the holy places associated with the Lama, and are made according to scriptural tradition. They are excellent for anyone seeking powerful protection, healing and general blessings.
H.E. Domo Geshe Rinpoche was known for his incredible deeds, impeccable behaviour and tremendous guru devotion. A renowned ritual master and great Dharma teacher, he was often regarded as an emanation of Lama Tsongkhapa. Domo Geshe Rinpoche was particularly known for his famous rilbus, which contain priceless and holy ingredients such as relics from various masters and even the Buddha, holy substances and even substances collected from other realms such as the milk of snow lions.
Domo Geshe Rinpoche’s original rilbus were said to cure deadly and incurable diseases, reverse the effects of poison, and protect against bodily harm. In 1959, when the war took place in Tibet, Rinpoche made many rilbus to give to anyone who wanted to travel to the south. These rilbus were incredibly famous amongst the resistance fighters and refugees as they were said to grant protection against injury from weapons, and even rumoured to make fighters bullet proof. This protection even works for non-Buddhists and those without faith.
Although the original rilbus are no longer available today, these rilbus have been blessed by H.E. the 3rd Domo Geshe Rinpoche and contain the holy items and blessings of his previous incarnations.
Place one rilbu in a bottle of water and consume daily for general protection, healing and blessings.
Insert into Buddha statues and stupas for consecration and increased positive potential. It is said that if one has very good samaya with one's guru, the holy rilbus placed in a stupa will miraculously multiply.
Put into bathing water to relieve skin problems and for general protection.
Place in the mouth of a dying person or animal to help them pass on peacefully.
Place in the mouth of a deceased person or animal to help them take a better rebirth.
Store in a cool, dry place.
