Five Elements Incense Sticks Collection

Tibetan Medicine is based on the fundamental principle that the body is composed of the five elements of Earth, Fire, Water, Wind (Air), and Space. When our five elements are in balance, we will have a healthy body, speech and mind. However, when any one of our elements goes out of balance - whether in excess, deficient or unstable, it affects the other elements and results in physical, mental and emotional ailments. Thus, the relationship and balance between the elements of our body is crucial for overall wellness and health.

Our Five Elements Incense Sticks Collection is based on traditional Tibetan formulations to restore balance to the five elements of the body, and to heal and clear blockages of our chakras. It is also helpful for protection, cleansing and purifying the environment of unwanted energies, and to aid relaxation and stress-relief.

The collection consists of:-

• Wind Element Incense Sticks to restore balance to the wind element of the body, and to heal and clear any blockages of the Root Chakra (located at the base of the spine).
• Earth Element Incense Sticks to restore balance to the earth element of the body, and to heal and clear any blockages of the Sacral Chakra (located below the navel).
• Water Element Incense Sticks to restore balance to the water element of the body, and to heal and clear any blockages of the Heart Chakra (located at the centre of the chest).
• Fire Element Incense Sticks to restore balance to the fire element of the body, and to heal and clear any blockages of the Throat Chakra (located at the throat).
• Space Element Incense Sticks to restore balance to the space element of the body, and to heal and clear any blockages of the Crown Chakra (located at the top of the head).

Originally prepared under the auspices of the eminent healing lama, H.E. Gangchen Rinpoche, these artisanal Tibetan incense sticks are traditionally hand-rolled from natural ingredients such as aromatic herbs, woods, flowers, barks and resins from the pristine Himalayan region.

Non-toxic and contain no narcotic or habit-forming ingredients. Environmentally-friendly and completely safe for inhalation. For the best experience, burn in a Tibetan-style incense burner.

Directions for Use

• Light the incense stick and place it horizontally on the bed of ash in an incense burner
• A small quantity of powder incense may also be sprinkled over the lit incense stick
• Always burn incense in moderate quantities to prevent overheating
• Never leave unattended
