Description
Details
H.E. Tsem Rinpoche always encouraged the practice of making offerings to the Three Jewels, as this creates the causes for us to attain the Six Paramitas (Six Perfections). An easy way to do this at home is to offer traditional brocade clothing to Buddha statues.
This set of silk brocade deity clothing consists of an upper garment known as tule and a lower garment or apron, known as pangden. Vibrant multi-coloured tassels known as dzar adorn the bottom of the pangden. Both tule and pangden come with cotton ties for easy fastening.
Fits most small-sized Buddha statues (8-12 inches tall) and is traditionally offered on statues of Bodhisattvas and Dharma Protectors.
