A traditional Tibetan Buddhist amulet containing the essence, power and calming energies of the enlightened master Lama Tsongkhapa. Handmade and consecrated by monks, the Lama Tsongkhapa chakra's gentle energies are especially beneficial for people who suffer depression, unhappiness, who experience a lot of anger or feel very unsettled. This chakra is ideal for people who want to study, and seek peace and clarity of mind. It also bestows powerful protection, increases positive energies, and helps overcome life's challenges.

Complement the power of this chakra by chanting the mantra:
MIG-MEY TZE-WEY TER-CHEN CHENREZIG
DRI-MEY KHYEN-PI WANG-PO JAMPAL YANG
DU-PUNG MA-LU JOM-DZEY SANG-WEY DAG
GANG-CHEN KE-PEY TSUG-GYEN TSONGKHAPA
LO-SANG TRAG-PEY SHAB-LA SOL-WA DEB

  • Available in original un-encased form, or with a custom-fitted acrylic casing to protect the delicate chakra from damage and keep it dry.
  • As each chakra is individually handmade by monks, colours may vary from the picture shown.

ENHANCED BLESSINGS (while stocks last)
This item has been enhanced in a Tibetan Ruel Recharge Puja conducted by very senior members of the monastic community at Kechara Forest Retreat.

About Chakras

Tibetan chakras are traditional protective talismans/amulets that contain miniature mandalas and circular mantras of a specific Buddhist deity. Called sungkhor in Tibetan, which literally means “protection wheel”, each mandala is folded in a prescribed manner, accompanied by recitations of prayers and mantras. It is then wrapped with colourful strings to create a unique handwoven design.

Finally, the completed chakra is consecrated by lamas and monks to invoke the deity’s energy and blessings. As a result, chakras of different deities have specific benefits based on the enlightened quality that is typically associated with that particular Buddha-deity.

About Lama Tsongkhapa

Lama Tsongkhapa is the emanation of three great Buddhas – Manjushri (wisdom), Chenrezig (compassion) and Vajrapani (spiritual power). He was an unparalleled 15th-century Buddhist master who founded the Gelug tradition, and is the single greatest Tibetan commentator, scholar and yogi in the history of Buddhism.

He grants wealth, business and career success to the practical-minded. Essentials of food, money, shelter and clothing will cease to be a problem. In this manner, he allows us to look deeper into spirituality with our minds freed from mundane worries.

Anyone who engages in his Guru Yoga meditation (Gaden Lhagyama) will experience great benefits. His gentle blessings can heal depression and illness, relieve fear and destructive emotions, protect from negative energies, harmonise relationships and encourage joy and peace. He is particularly helpful for the development of wisdom, enhancing intelligence, mental clarity, and above all, the understanding of Dharma.
