- We ship orders every Friday. Dependent on product availability and personalisation options for orders.
- Privacy & Security
- Your details are kept completely private. We do not store Credit Card details at all. Neither do we sell our customers email addresses to spammers.
- Returns & Replacements
- All goods sold are non-returnable. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Sign on the delivery slip to accept your purchase, only after you are completely satisfied with it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, promptly request for a replacement. To do this, please email us at support@vajrasecrets.com. Please return the merchandise in its original condition upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours to request for a replacement.
- Ordering
- You may either checkout as a guest, or sign up to enable the send to multiple addresses, good if you want to send a gift to a friend or have others in mind when shopping.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- At this time we only receive payments via Paypal. All pricing is subject to change without notice.
- Viewing Orders
- Log in to your account and choose "My Orders" from the "My Account" menu.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information just sign in and click the link "My Account". From there you can manage your details, Name, Shipping Address, Orders, etc...
- Import Duties
- Import duties may be charged by your local customs office for your purchase. You may want to contact your local customs office to find out what the charge is (if any) and any duties incurred shall be paid by you.
- Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation fee of 50% will be imposed. There will be no refunds on shipping charges. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped out.
- Missing Orders
- We do not accept claims for missing orders, 15 days after you placed your order. If you have not received your order within this period, please contact us immediately to check on the status of your order. Standard Shipments arrive in about 7-10 working days. We do not Guarantee any shipments made to P O Box addresses. If you believe that delivery is severely overdue, please send our Customer Service Department an email at support@vajrasecrets.com and we will take appropriate action. (Please include the Order Number).
- Self-Pickup
- Self-Pickup is only available for shipments to Malaysia. Our representatives will contact the recipients once the order is read for pick-up. Orders must be picked up during Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm only from: Pickup Address: Kechara - Tsem Ladrang (e-Division) No. 8-2, Jln PJU 1/3D SunwayMas Commercial Centre 47301 Petaling Jaya Selangor, MALAYSIA
