Chenrezig Incense Sticks are handmade to meet the highest standards of quality, following a strict formula found in ancient traditional texts from natural medicinal herbs, oils, resins and spices from the Himalayan mountains.

Originally prepared under the auspices of the eminent healing lama, H.E. Gangchen Rinpoche, this mellow, woody and sweet herbal incense is especially suitable for use in religious rituals and as an offering to the Buddhas, particularly the Buddha of Compassion, Chenrezig, to invoke his blessings to enable us to practise real inner transformation and to become truly beautiful from the inside out.

Incense is often used to purify what has been offered on the altar. Buddhists also offer incense to create the causes to have morality, ethics and hold one's vows well. Hence, it is strongly encouraged to offer the best incense (and by extension, the best offerings) that one can afford.

These natural incense sticks are non-toxic and contain no narcotic or habit-forming ingredients. Environmentally-friendly and completely safe for inhalation. Includes a complimentary incense holder. For the best experience, burn in a Tibetan-style incense burner.

Directions for Use

• Light the incense stick and place it horizontally on the bed of ash in an incense burner
• A small quantity of powder incense may also be sprinkled over the lit incense stick
• Always burn incense in moderate quantities to prevent overheating
• Never leave unattended
