Place one red and one white rilbu in a bottle of water and drink daily for internal healing and general well-being. The healing water can be consumed on its own, added to drinking water or other beverages, or used for cooking. Top up regularly with more water until the rilbus have completely dissolved. Store the bottle in the fridge to keep the contents fresh.
In times of need, a set of rilbus can be consumed on its own. Crush them into powder and consume with water.
Mix with creams and lotions for topical application
Dissolve in bathing water to relieve skin problems and for general protection.
Insert into Buddha statues and stupas at the appropriate level to increase their blessings and positive potential.
Store in a dry, cool place. Both rilbus must be used in combination.
